EasyLyse™
The CE-marked fixative-free EasyLyse™ reagent provides complete and gentle lysis of erythrocytes after immunofluorescence labelling prior to flow cytometric analysis.
The EasyLyse reagent is suitable for a variety of specimen types such as whole blood, cord blood or leukapheresis samples.
For most samples, owing to the optical matching properties of EasyLyse, the residual red cell debris does not need to be removed by centrifugation. Therefore EasyLyse is suitable for use in both “wash” and “no-wash” staining procedures.
