IntraStain at Alere

The CE-marked IntraStain kit is intended for the fixation and permeabilisation of single-cell suspensions prior to analysis on the flow cytometer.

The IntraStain procedure allows immunological detection of intracellular antigens whilst retaining cellular structure, morphological scatter and cell surface immunoreactivity.

IntraStain allows for simultaneous analysis of cell surface and intracellular antigens including cytokines, cytoplasmic markers and nuclear markers.
