RPE-Cy5 Controls at Alere

The RPE-Cy5 conjugated negative controls is mouse in origin and measures the amount of conjugate binding that is unrelated to the target antigen.

The monoclonal mouse IgG1 antibody is raised to Aspergillus niger glucose oxidase. This enzyme is neither present nor inducible in mammalian tissues. Therefore this antibody range is well-suited for use as negative controls in flow cytometry techniques utilizing monoclonal mouse antibodies of isotype IgG1.
