UtiLyse™
The CE-marked Uti-Lyse™ reagent provides complete lysis of erythrocytes following immunofluorescence staining prior to flow cytometric analysis.
The Uti-Lyse reagent is suitable for a variety of specimen types such as whole blood or bone marrow. For most samples, due to the optical matching properties of Uti-Lyse, the residual red cell debris does not need to be removed by centrifugation. Therefore Uti-Lyse is suitable for use in both “wash” and “no-wash” staining procedures. In addition to lysis of red cells, Uti-Lyse contains a fixative allowing for the fixation and stabilisation of leucocytes.
