ACCURUN Molecular Controls

Accurun Molecular controls are available in different concentrations (Series) and therefore are able to run on a variety of molecular platforms.
NEW Accurun 341 Nucleic Acid Positive Controls for Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae has platform specific controls formulated for the chemistry and analytical sensitivity.
- Series 100 - Gen-Probe APTIMA Combo 2 Assay – utilising transcription mediated amplification technology
- Series 700 - BD ProbeTec CT/NG Amplified DNA Assay and BD Viper XTR CT/NG Assay – utilising strand displacement amplification (SDA) technology
- Series 700 – Abbott Molecular m2000 RealTime System – utilising polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology
