The CE IVD Nanogen range of Real-time PCR assays all run on standard thermal cycle conditions allowing the user to custom design clinically orientated PCR runs.

This unique offering allows laboratories to streamline their workflow and have accurate multi- marker results within 90 minutes.

Assays incorporate detection by Taqman MGB probes (Minor Groove Binding), a Nanogen patented technology. This stabilises the DNA target probe thus increasing sensitivity, specificity and yield.

In conjunction with the unique detection chemistry, the incorporation of the internal control verification system and UNG enzyme allows complete peace of mind in terms of end results.
