Alere Triage® PLGF
Placental growth factor (PlGF) is a biomarker of placental function and is found to be at abnormally low levels in pregnant women with preterm pre-eclampsia. Alere Triage® PLGF is a rapid test that accurately aids in the prognosis of preterm delivery in women presenting with signs or symptoms of pre-eclampsia before 35 weeks gestation.
