The easy-to-use CarePlan^® VpH Glove is both reliable and effective and allows for early intervention by healthcare professionals and detection and treatment of infections in a timely manner.

The CarePlan VpH Glove measures the acidity of the vaginal environment (vaginal pH).  Vaginal infections can cause an increase in the vaginal pH. 

An area where the CarePlan VpH Glove is of use is in the monitoring of vaginal pH to minimise the risk of premature birth. This is because vaginal infections are often a contributing factor to premature birth. 

The CarePlan VpH Glove enables measurement of pH values from the early stages of their pregnancy through to the 37th week of gestation and can allow for more frequent monitoring of women throughout their pregnancy allowing for earlier intervention.
